Cities: Skylines II features three types of policies: city policies, district policies and building policies.
City policies
City policies are applied to the entire city.

District policies
District policies are applied manually to districts.

5 | Reduces the speed of vehicles driving within the district. This lowers the chance of accidents and brings noise pollution down significantly. |

6 | Trucks and other heavy vehicles are forbidden from entering the district. This reduces noise and air pollution and can help traffic congestion. Highways remain unaffected. |

7 | Only people living or working within the district are allowed in. This increases the well-being of its residents and reduces crime in the area. Does not affect City Services. |

Building policies are specific to certain buildings.
